At Dourado Auto Service, we specialize in genuine OEM automotive parts for luxury vehicles including Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Land Rover.
Due to the nature of automotive parts, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• The item received is damaged during shipping
• The item received is incorrect
• The item is unused and in its original packaging
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by our company.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
